Project description

The Town of Bel Air Town Hall & Police Department, located in Harford County, Maryland, is a 12,600-square-foot facility includes renovations and upgrades with an additional 11,800-square-foot, two (2)-story building with numerous building functionalities.

DFI is providing Construction Advisor assistance as the Owner's Representative and is providing Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) services through the project team for the planned renovations of the existing 12,600-square-foot facility for this project. The project work includes:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access.
  • Construction consisting of an 11,800-square-foot two (2)-story building with cantilever, clerestory and parking.
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Information Technology (IT)/Communication and security upgrades.
  • Structural steel and block construction, roofing, communication and security modernization and finishes.
  • Utilities includes public water, sanitary sewer and gas services upgrades.
