DFI Project Spotlight:
Washington County
Since 2006, DFI has provided full-time construction inspectors to support Washington County’s roadway, bridge, stormwater management, storm drainage, sidewalk/curb and gutter, and select vertical construction and rehabilitation efforts. Under this open-ended, as-needed contract, DFI supplements County staff with full-time inspection coverage across construction, reconstruction, pavement maintenance, and repair programs.
DFI’s inspection teams verify that contractors’ work and materials meet contract requirements through daily field observations and documentation, quantity tracking, and payment support aligned with contract terms.
