DFI is currently preparing to close out The Robinson Reserve Subdivision project, a 17-lot single-family residential community developed by Wagner Homes.
DFI led the project through all phases of design, including sketch plans, final plans, and grading approvals. The design encompassed roadways, storm drains, stormwater management facilities, water and sewer systems, landscaping, and forest conservation.
