DFI is providing CM/I services for Anne Arundel County’s renovation and expansion of the Arnold Senior Center at 44 Church Road. The project modernizes a historic facility, originally built in 1922 with additions in 1932 and 1979, through an approximately 3,400-SFaddition and an 8,000-SF interior renovation on a 4.1-acre site.
DFI’s role spans pre-construction through closeout. Our team leads the constructability review, chairs regular progress meetings, coordinates RFIs and submittals, reviews pay applications, drafts and administers change orders, and documents the work with annotated photo records and daily reports. We observe safety, verify testing and inspections, develop punch lists, and support final acceptance, all while safeguarding compliance with permits, specifications, and County standards.
