Stonehouse Run Townhome Community is a 61-townhome development located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
DFI provided Engineering services for this townhome development. DFI oversaw the development of the construction plans and sketch plans through grading permits, including design of water, sewer, Storm Water Management (SWM), stream channel improvements, road plans and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans. DFI coordinated Survey efforts and construction as-builts along the access site for partial bond reduction.
