DFI was responsible for providing Construction inspection for the water tower.

DFI was responsible for providing Construction Inspection including foundation, steel structure, certified welding inspection, coatings, 12-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) water service installation, metering & instrumentation, valve vault & bypass installation, mechanical piping & accessories, motor controls, equipment & Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for circulation and chlorine analyzer monitoring.

Construction Inspection included safety review and after accident reporting and follow up, foundation, steel structure, Quality Assurance (QA) on welding inspection and coatings (provided NACE inspection through DFI), pipe fitting; QA on electrical inspection including observation, review, and recommendation of megger meter testing, SCADA start up and coordination of training, leak detection and start-up and trouble-shooting.
