Tanyard Springs
Development Facilitators, Inc. (DFI) is providing the surveying and construction stakeout for a 271 townhouse unit community located in northern Anne Arundel County. The project is located off of Marley Neck Boulevard and is part of a comprehensively planned community. The survey services provided for the boundary of the site and for the stakeout of limits of disturbance, location and grade of building pads, edge of pavement and curb, sediment traps and storm water management devices. Also included are the stakeout and grade of 7,494 linear feet of public water lines, 6,188 linear feet of public sewer lines and 1,615 linear feet of private storm drain lines. Additional responsibilities include stakeout of Baltimore Gas & Electric Company transformer locations and crossings, field as-built of the water, sewer and storm drain systems for county acceptance, placement of permanent property markers and the stakeout and grade of fire lanes, landscape berms and grass swales.
Schucks Road
Development Facilitators, Inc. (DFI) provided the survey services to prepare a topographic survey and worksheet of Schucks Road. The limits of the work were from the intersection with Calvary Road, north for a distance of approximately 13,500 linear feet by 120 feet wide plus an area of 450 feet wide by 100 feet at Calvary Road and an area 260 feet wide by 120 feet at Wheel Road. All work was tied horizontally to NAD 83/91 and vertically to NAVD 88 through Harford County Department of Public Works Control Monuments. DFI provided Harford County with paper and digital copies of the topographic survey and worksheet, a digital ASCII point file of all field shots listing point name, northing, easting, elevation, description code as well as a digital copy of the DTM file in AutoCAD LDD format. Additional services included notifying all property owners affected by the survey work and provided a schedule of the work.
