In 2013, DFI provided construction management and inspection to oversee the replacement of the Rosemont Water Line in Frederick County. DFI worked in tandem with the townships of Brunswick and Rosemont and the State Highway Administration. In order to complete the water line replacement, DFI managed the installation of temporary bypass lines to connect with resident properties.
The Rosemont Water Line spans about a mile long. Fire hydrants needed to be relocated during construction, and services to 104 residents and property owners.
Frederick County politicians worked closely with DFI in order to improve public relations towards county citizens. DFI also kept in contact with the town mayor's of Brunswick and Rosemont.
