Development Facilitators, Inc. (DFI) has expanded and moved to a larger facility!!!!

Finally after 20 years in Severna Park, DFI has moved to a new office complex in July, 2007. This was a big step forward for DFI, which recently celebrated 29 years as a Civil Engineering and Consulting firm in Maryland.

The new office location is conveniently located adjust to I-97 (just one minute from the interstate highway) mid-way between Baltimore and Annapolis. The new location address is 1127 Benfield Blvd., Suite K, I-97 Business Park, Millersville, Maryland 21108.

The new phone number is 443-308-2100, although if you call our previous number it will automatically switch you over to the new number. Also, the new fax number is 443-308-2108.

The new location provides 8,000 square feet of modern offices with multiple conference rooms to accommodate meetings with clients and staff. Staff and clients have quickly become accustomed to the larger facility although it has required a little getting use to having so much space.
