Raymond E. Streib, Professional Engineer, P.E., founder of Development Facilitators, Inc. (DFI) and chairman of the DFI board
Raymond E. Streib is the founder of Development Facilitators, Inc. (DFI) and the chairman of the company's board. With over 44 years of experience in construction, project management, inspection, engineering and highway/traffic design, Streib continues to lead DFI with his invaluable skill set. He performs quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) oversight on multiple agency contract assignments and tasks, among other responsibilities.
In addition to his hard work in the office, Streib has dedicated a large portion of his life toward charitable organizations. Streib is the co-chairman of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Indoor Golf event that raises money and provides scholarships for the University of Maryland, Morgan State University and Johns Hopkins University. He is also a life member of the ASCE and served as president from 2012 to 2013. He currently serves as the president of the 21st Century Education Foundation, located in Anne Arundel, Maryland. He has been a rotary member for over 35 years.
Over the course of his career as a result of his generosity, Streib has received many awards, such as the 2017 Anne Arundel Community Corporate Philanthropist of the Year Award, as well as the Glen Burnie Rotary Service Above Self Award.
Streib graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
